This shift has taken place in the era of 12 million years B.C. Just like the children that are here with a new shift, the shift before this came from other galaxies. Your people are star people, that is where you came from.

Everyone on your planet will be implanted with a device that will monitor well being. The ones who monitor these devices will have a way to communicate intentions into every being for the better good of your race. Do not refuse to accept the device for it will lead to your demise.
